My friend never received her flowers on her birthday and nobody would answer the phone and the voicemail said it was full…. Very sad and very disappointed they should take their website down if they’re not in business and not accept payment if they have no intention on sending anything… Update: They reached out to me and apologized and told me they had a system problem. They gave me full refund and offered to send out a bouquet.
